Jeff Schroeder

Mr. Schroeder is a seasoned financial and operating executive with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and transaction advisory. Prior to co-founding HS Advisory, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a middle market private equity backed company, where he was instrumental in the growth and sale of the business. Prior to operating a company, Mr. Schroeder spent 10 years in public accounting and was a Director in KPMG’s Transaction Services group where he led numerous due diligence engagements for large and middle market private equity and other investment groups. Prior to joining KPMG, he was a Manager with Arthur Andersen in its Audit and Transaction Advisory Services practice primarily delivering transaction advisory services to middle market private equity groups.
